Saturday 9th June

We arrived in Zurich, Switzerland, with four hours’ sleep over the last 40 hours, and decided it would be a good idea to drive for 4 hours in an unfamiliar car in a different country whose road rules and signs we don’t understand on the wrong side of the road. We didn’t want to buy anything in Switzerland as everything is expensive so we headed to France, bought some groceries, tried to sort out communications with home (failed) and found the apartment at the course. Here’s some photos for Hamish- including what it looks like to fly inside a cloud! As you’d expect, it’s sort of white and fluffy and you can’t see that far. Mystery solved.
